The staff is very nice and provides excellent service. the building and rooms are well maintained with 2 beds. - the location is marvelous and favorable, close to Partenon. - Walking distance to boutiques and convenience stores. - the restaurant is great and open for lunch and dinner.

everything was good, fairly clean hotel, magnificent and favourable location close to everything in town. location: the property was very close to a great water park, the beaches and nearby town of zihuatanejo, and shops, restaurants, grocery, beach and lots of fun. breakfast food was excellent, loved it.

Beautiful tropical experience at a run-down water park with a golf course on the grounds. The clean rooms had low beds, lacking comfort, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I stayed at a hotel just off the cyclopista that takes you all around, to Playa Linda, the Marina, and even Zihuatanejo. The location was perfect, close to everything in town. The rooms were clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service and were always helpful. The hotel had three pools, perfect for relaxation. I also enjoyed the greenery and painting around the hotel, giving it a vibrant and pleasant atmosphere.

I had a fantastic stay at Ixtapa's Run Down Palace! The location was perfect, with shopping, restaurants, and the beach just a short walk away. The staff, especially GINO at the front, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The pools were well-maintained and a great place to relax. We went on a romantic weekend getaway and while the complementary wine and chocolates were a nice touch, the location was the best aspect. We were able to walk to the beach and find great restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and had a balcony with a beautiful view.

The worst aspects were the uncomfortable bed and noisy air conditioning. We struggled to get a good night's sleep on what felt like a rock.

I recently stayed at The Palace in Ixtapa for a week-long vacation. The hotel has maintained its Mexican character and the staff at the front desk were helpful and English-speaking. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job keeping the rooms clean and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The Tiburon Restaurant on site offered some of the best seafood in Ixtapa at reasonable prices. I also appreciated the free wifi and convenient bus stops right in front of the hotel for easy transportation.
